James A. Hadley, MD, FACS, currently practicing with Dr. Mark Montgomery, is an academic attending physician at Naples Community Hospital and is an attending physician at Landmark Hospital in Naples, Florida.  He has been named a Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Central Florida.  


Dr. Hadley's clinical practice specializes in general otolaryngology with emphasis in rhinology and sinonasal disorders, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, hearing disorders, otolaryngic allergy and head and neck surgery.

A few highlights of Dr. Hadley's 38 year career; he was an accredited professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center for over 30 years, served as President of two national Ear, Nose and Throat societies and a Director of the American Board of Otolaryngology.  He is recognized as a Florida "Top Doctor" and as Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2006.
